Imagine a Star in your mind. It is a star, out in space, a burning orb.

Imagine that you are within this Star, and it is you.

Feel the power of the Star filling your body, healing your body, making all come together, all mend.

The Power of the Star is within you, and you are made of the healing light of the Star.

Now focus on the area that wish to heal/repair.

The Light of the Star should blaze in that area, so bright you must close your eyes, so bright it burns.

Let it.

Then see it healed in your mind's eye, and breathe.

That is all.
